Wahoo Question of the Day – Small Churches or Megachurches?

Posted on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 1:42 am

What’s your preference in a church? Examine your answers carefully. Do you like a larger church because there is a coffee shop, movies, skits, music with light shows? Now we aren’t saying that is wrong. But it could be wrong if that’s why you desire that kind of church. Church is about worshipping God and fellowship with other Christians. It’s about helping others in need. It’s not about fulfilling your entertainment needs. Your cell phone does that.
Statistics show millennials are leaning more toward the smaller churches now. They want a close family atmosphere. There is nothing wrong with a megachurch and nothing wrong with a small church; if they both teach the truth of God’s Word.
