Wildwood Golf Tournament Funds Civic Projects

It's time again for the annual "Skip Maddox Memorial" Golf Tournament, sponsored by the Wildwood Rotary Club.

This fundraiser begins with a shotgun start at 12:30pm, Friday, December 3, 2010 at Miona Lake Golf Club and concludes with a barbecue dinner for players and guests at 5:30pm. Registration for four-man teams is $300 and includes dinner.

Gold sponsors pay $500 which includes two signs (@ entrance to course), four player team, and dinner for players and spouses. For $100, businesses and individuals can become hole sponsors.

Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin on all par-3 holes and longest drive. There will be a 50/50 drawing.

Game rules include no mulligans, a minimum handicap of 30 and maximum of two single-digit handicap players per team.

Money raised is used to fund many civic programs sponsored through the Wildwood Rotary Club.
