Visually Impaired Person Support Group

The New Dimensions Blind/Visually Impaired Support Group will meet at 11:30 A.M. on Friday, June 13, 2011, at the IHOP Restaurant located at 10332 U.S. Hwy. 441, Leesburg, FL (Across from Lake Square Mall).

Folowing lunch, our guest speaker will be Linda Krupski, president of LovExtension. Do you know of an elderly person that is lonely and doesn't have many visitors? LovExtension is a Nonprofit 501(C()3) resource on hand to help. LovExtension covers all of Lake County and The Villages. This service is available to people who have no family or fewer than 3 family visits a year.

LovExtension sees people in homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospitals. They do not provide transportation, however, will pick up groceries and medications.

This meeting is open to all visually impaired persons, their family members and others who may wish to attend.
