Nonprofit In Need Of Dependable Van for Children

Posted on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 1:38 am

We are elevating our communities as we reach out to low-income families in Groveland with our After School Program for children ages 6-14. We are in need of a good dependable van to transport the children to special events and field trips.
Anointed Community Services Int’l a nonprofit 501c3, manages the Elese Tomlin Community Center for the City of Groveland and we have approximately 15 children enrolled in the Youth Empowerment After School Program, where the children receive help with homework, tutoring, mentoring, arts and crafts, character building and more. A local music store has offered free guitar lessons for the children and we are in need of a van to transport them once a week.
We are asking local businesses, car dealerships, churches or individuals to please consider donating a 12-15 passenger van for the community center. We are a nonprofit organization approved by the IRS as a charity 501c3, so your donation would be tax exempt. If you would like to donate, please contact us at 352-404-7898 or visit our website and also check out our facebook page. Thank you!
