Humane Society in Need of Towels and Blankets

The Humane Society/SPCA of Sumter County has an urgent need for bath towels, hand & dish towels, blankets, etc. They are asking the community to please check their closets for any surplus or old towels no longer needed and donate them to the shelter. The animals in their care will be very grateful for them!
Donations may be dropped off directly at their shelter at 994 CR 529A in Lake Panasoffkee or at one of their many drop off spot in The Villages: both Buffalo Ridge Animal Hospital locations, Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Sumter, Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming The Villages, Whole Earth Pet Supply, Paws Animal Hospital and Sparr Building and Farm Supply in Wildwood.
The Humane Society/SPCA of Sumter County is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, no-kill shelter helping animals in need throughout Sumter County, Florida. Donations directly help to cover the cost of saving, treating, and caring for neglected, abused and abandoned animals.
