FBCLP Childcare Center “Drawing Kids To A Healthy Relationship With Christ And Others”

Posted on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 1:42 am

At FBCLP, we have a strong commitment to the children in our care. We believe that every child matters and deserves a safe, nurturing environment that facilitates learning as well as builds a strong educational foundation. We are a faith-based facility with a fully credentialed staff. We also believe in allowing kids to develop good Christian values by teaching them about God’s Word. Our staff assists children in teaching them much needed social skills that will help them become successful in school. Our educational philosophy is that every child deserves a great teacher who encourages discovery through hands-on methods. If a child does not learn the way a teacher teaches them, then the teacher must learn to teach the way the child learns. The classrooms are also set up as language-rich, playful environments so that children can engage in active, playful learning.
Our center is contracted through the Early Learning Coalition to ensure families in need can afford quality care and school readiness for their children. Our programs are available for children ages 4-12 years of age and include assistance with homework during our afterschool program. Our state funded volunteer pre-k program, or VPK, is also available at no cost for children who are 4 years old on or before September 1 of the academic calendar year. The hours of operation are from 7:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday. We are currently accepting applications for enrollment in our VPK program for our upcoming VPK school year 2017-2018. To reserve a spot for your child please call (352) 793-3900 or visit our facility for more information at 802 N CR 470 in Lake Panasoffkee, FL.
