County Spelling Bee

The Sumter County Spelling Bee was held on February 26, 2019. The top students from the school spelling bees participated. The following students represented the schools:

First place for the county was Emma Bogue. The 1st runner up was Maiel Madarang. Emma and Maiel will represent the county at the district spelling bee in Orlando in March. Emma and Maiel will be recognized at a May Sumter County School Board Meeting. Congratulations to all of the spellers who participated!
